IronRidge Resources Ltd (LON:IRR) has appointed Amanda Harsas as full time chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Harsas, who will not sit on the board, has more than 20 years’ experience in strategic finance, business transformation, commercial finance, customer and supplier negotiations and capital management, working across several sectors.
Chairman Neil Herbert said: “IronRidge continues to strengthen its management team as it makes its transition from explorer to developer. We are delighted Amanda is joining us in this important role and at such a pivotal time in the company’s history.”
Last month, IronRidge revealed encouraging final results from its second phase drilling programme at the Ebilassokro and Ehuasso targets within the Zaranou gold project area in Cote D’Ivoire.
Continuity has now been confirmed over a 1.7-kilometre strike at the Ehuasso main target, with mineralisation open to the south-west and at depth.
Including follow-up phase three infill drilling, the company’s third-phase drilling programme is now well underway, with three drill rigs active on-site at various targets.
